Pinterest Win! Better Than Takeout: Baked Sesame Honey Chicken

I have a new recipe to share and this is one I’ve made quite a few times now! It’s so yummy, gooey, sticky and sweet just like your favorite Chinese takeout. The steps are really simple to follow and I know you’ll love it as much as my family does! This is most definitely a Pinterest Win!

It’s none other than honey sesame chicken!

Doesn’t that just look so yummy???

I pinned this recipe from http://www.therecipecritic.com and she has a ton of mouth watering recipes on her site! I love how simple the steps are to follow for even the most novice cook but I must warn you, it can be a bit time consuming. But when you’re itching for a good Chinese style dinner at home, this is a great option. For my sides with this dish I made a simple white rice, steamed veggies and baked some store bought spring rolls. I have a great recipe for making your own spring rolls which I WILL share with you one day!

And voila, dinner is served, craving is satisfied and bellies are filled!

Unfortunately I was in a bit of a rush and didn’t take pictures of every step but I can happily share what it looks like before you add the sauce and after it’s been baked up in the oven.

If there’s anything you might want to change with this recipe is adding a bit of heat to the sauce before tossing it on your chicken because this chicken is quite sweet. I personally don’t mind because I love the sweetness but a little hot sauce never hurt anyone either!

Guys, you will not at all regret trying this recipe out! Head over to her blog here to get the recipe: https://therecipecritic.com/baked-honey-sesame-chicken/

You can thank me later 😉

Hugs & Love ❤
